Little Doves Nursery & Preschool was founded by Casia T-Richardson in September 2023 with a vision to create a safe, caring, and inspiring environment for young children. With years of hands-on experience in childcare and education, Casia has worked in various early years establishments as a practitioner, room supervisor, and manager, as well as in primary schools as a special needs teaching assistant.
We are proud to introduce Mr. Ashfaque Chowdhury as our new Nominated Individual. With extensive experience in education and community leadership, he aims to strengthen Little Doves by enhancing early years education, staff development, and partnerships with families and the community.
